Lansarea etapei a II a proiectului ,, Instanțe Judecătorești Model’’

La 26 februarie 2024, a avut loc Evenimentul de lansare a etape a II a proiectului ,, Instanțe Judecătorești Model’’. La lansarea evenimentului au participat Laura Hruby, Charge d’Affaires - Ambasada SUA în Moldova, Veronica Mihailov-Moraru - Ministra Justiției, Sergiu Caraman - Președinte interimar a Consiliul Superior al Magistraturii, Jeff Bryan - Șef al Misiunii USAID în Moldova, Natalia Vîlcu - Directoare Proiect ,, Instanțe Judecătorești Model’’, Tatiana Ciaglic - membră a Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii, Sorin Popescu - director al Agenției de Administrare a Instanțelor Judecătorești, Sergiu OSOIANU - Președintele interimar a Judecătoriei Strășeni, Corina Albu - Vicepreședintă interimară a Judecătoriei Hîncești, Vasile Nogai - Președintele interimar a Judecătoriei Drochia, Veaceslav Suciu - Președintele interimar a Judecătoriei Criuleni.

În cadrul evenimentului, Președintele interimar a Judecătoriei Strășeni Sergiu OSOIANU, și-a asumat angajamentul ca Judecătoria Strășeni să obțină statut de Instanță Judecătorească Model.

On the 30th of January 2024, the planetary session of the Super Council of the Magistracy admitted the approach of the "Model Courts" project by which the Straseni Court was designated as the pilot Model Court for the project. 

Thus, on the 8th of February 2024 Straseni Court after the meeting with the representatives of the project with the support of USAID, the criteria’s of evaluation for the Court model were discussed.

Straseni Court intends to become the Model for building the trust of the society in justice. Therefore there will be plenty of benefits and technical support offered by the USAID. As A result of these plans of action and development, Straseni Court is going to take the responsibility of implementing a chain of innovations and reworking vast techniques of quality assurance for the society. 

Through the "Model Courts" project USAID will assist in improving the quality of service and serving the community at its best.

The launching event of the second step of the Project "Model Courts" is planned on February 26th 2024.
